How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Open Settings in TrackedSnap and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then TrackedSnap. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Where are my photos stored?
On your iPhone, inside TrackedSnap. With Save to Photos on, each photo is also saved to your Photos library. With iCloud Backup on (TrackedSnap Pro), a copy is kept in your own iCloud Drive.
How do I move my projects to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud Backup and tap Back Up Now on the old iPhone. On the new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in TrackedSnap and tap Restore From iCloud.
Why does Auto Capture not take the photo?
It waits until the framing matches your last photo and the angle, direction and position agree. Tap the check strip at the top of the camera to see which check is still open.
How accurate is the position guide?
It depends on your iPhone's GPS, which is usually within a few meters outdoors and less reliable indoors. The framing and angle checks work without GPS.
